Retail Kiosk Officers in Lagos at a Telecommunication Company

Our client, a leader in the telecommunication industry is urgently looking to hire Retail Kiosk Officers in Lagos. The Retail Officers(Sales Officers) will drive the sales of the company’s products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • The Retail Kiosk Officers in Lagos will identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and proper follow-up.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.


  • Minimum OND.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales role.
  • The Retail Kiosk Officers in Lagos must be Result oriented.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good human relations skills.
  • A good team player.
  • Digital Marketing skills is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel to prepare reports.
  • Ability to develop sales projections and marketing plans.
  • Must be creative and can think outside the box.
  • Must be able to lunch new products.
  • Must be able to meet reasonable sales targets.


Salary: N60,000 

Transportation allowance: N10,000
