Waiter/Waitress Needed in Lagos at a Hospitality Firm

Our client in the hospitality industry in Lagos is urgently recruiting for the position below:

Greeting and welcoming customers to the restaurant as they enter.
Providing guests with menu and proposing regular specials.
Providing excellent customer service for each guest entering the establishment.
Ensure a clean environment and proper arrangement of designated tables.
Actively maintaining a clean dining space for guests by clearing away empty glassware.
Deliver all food items to tables in the correct order and to the appropriate customer.
Periodically checking-in with allocated tables to ensure a pleasant guest experience.
Responding to customers enquiries and feedback.

Applicant must possess a minimum of SSCE certification with a 6months – 1year of proven experience in the same role in a hotel or related industry.
Good customer service abilities
Excellent command of English Language.
Great attention to details and ability to multi-task is essential.
Applicants should reside in Surulere or environs.
