Technical Operators Needed in Lagos at a Manufacturing Firm
Our client, a manufacturing company, is looking for technical operators responsible for performing various technical tasks: to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines.
Job Title: Technical Operators
Location: Isolo, Lagos
Slot: 12
Responsibilities:
- Ensure standardized work procedure is followed and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
- Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment
- Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops
- Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure the correct product’s continuous production at high-quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials.
Requirements
- OND, HND/ Bsc. in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Applicants must possess at least 1-year of experience as a technical operator in the FMCG sector
- Ability to Read Blueprints, Schematics and Manuals
- Must possess physical stamina and strength
- Ability to handle Heavy Equipment
- Must be able to work with little supervision.
- Applicant must be computer literate, especially in the use of MS suite.
- Applicant must reside within Isolo and its environs axis.
Salary Range:
NGN 50,000 – 70,000
