Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Monitor project deliverables
- Monitor progress and compliance of subcontractors with initial design
- Prepare reports and work schedule weekly/monthly per project
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
- Responsible for Quality Assurance and Quality Control
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret building plans
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Ability to put together teams.
