Our client; a financial institution is searching for a personal assistant, who can assist the chair -person in delivering high- level tasks daily.
· Preparing letters, presentations, and reports.
· Make travel arrangements.
· Act as a point of contact between the chairperson and clients.
· Typing word processing.
· Performing administrative duties.
· Taking and directing calls between the chairperson and clients.
· Performing clerical and accounting duties.
· An undergraduate, graduate degree or HND in English, Marketing or other related courses.
