Responsibilities: 1. Acquire and sign-up merchants from different fields e.g. fashion, design, electronics, agriculture, industry, automotive, engineering, etc. · 2. Convince new and existing merchants to buy rewarding premium services from the company and in selected locations. · 3. Run the whole sales process from scratch. 4. Meet targets within reasonable deadlines.
Qualifications: 1. No previous working experience is needed for this job. 2. You must have a diploma in OND or NCE. 3. Background knowledge in sales, economics, or marketing management. 3. Skills in sales, team leadership, business development, and marketing. · 4. Excellent communication skills. 5. A good understanding of the local sales region i.e. Ikeja –Lekki -Victoria Island –Apapa –Festac –Ikoyi -Ebute Metta –Ipaja –Ifako –Iju –Ikotun –Ijaye –Ajegunie –Surulere -Lagos Island –Mushin –Isolo –Yaba –Ilupeju –Badagry –Ikorodu –Agege –Ajah –Epe. 6. An interest in E-commerce. 7. Outstanding skills in converting active leads to clients. 8. Having a diploma in Client Relationship Management will be an added advantage.
Benefits: 1. Top agents who are consistent in their performance will receive a monthly salary of N120,000 – N150,000. 2. 25% commission on all sales. 3. A clearly defined path to promotion i.e. Sales Representative >Team Leader >Sales Manager. · 4. Flexible working hours.
