Job Description

  • Support the business planning cycle of Sales and marketing within the company for the 3-year strategic action plan, annual operational plan and latest estimates rolling forecast /actuals.
  • Lead and coordinate the analysis of revenue projections along the 6 pillars or revenue management
  • Act as a key part of the decision-making process for broader commercial decisions (commercial investments, divestments sales and marketing agreements) Provide advice and guidance, and influence /strengthen decision making in sales and marketing. Monitor and develop insight on the quantitative and qualitative performance of the sales and marketing department, and communicate this insight through the preparation a delivery of streamlined reporting including commentary and KPIs
  • Analyze sales and marketing spend and offer appropriate challenge whilst also analyzing and identifying opportunities for top line growth
  • Complete analysis for innovation opportunities including NPIs, ATL, & BTL expenditures and direct distribution.
  • Champion the efficiency and effectiveness of all related financial and business process, measuring and reporting on improvements.
  • Ensure risks and opportunities are managed throughout the year and material business decisions are taking these risks and opportunities into account.

Requirements

·First degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related courses ·        
Solid business analysis, sales, product development and consumer management experience
·        
 
Proof of managing a multi-locational sales team at regional (inter-state) level
·Ten years of progressive work experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical / FMCG sector  

Qualifications
