Job Description


• Develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns promoting the Hospitals products and services.
• Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences
• Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
• Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies
• Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information
• Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies
• Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success
• Enhancing the Hospitals’ brand awareness within the digital space
• Manage email and social media marketing campaigns 
• Develop and use analytics, adwords and other relevant sites/tools to push brand presence.
• Develop strong brand recall presence
• Drive traffic to company pages
• Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects
• Other responsibilities directed by Head, Business Development 

• Develop a social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement
• Manage all social media channels such as facebook, twitter, pinterest, google + and instagram
• Plan content and delivery and use available tools to manage multiple social media channels
• Develop and manage competitions and campaigns that promote the organisation and brand
• Write engaging blog posts and articles
 • Develop and manage content for newsletters to external and internal clients
• Create engaging multimedia content such as videos, and/or outsource this effectively
• Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
 • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions 
• Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms 
 • Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within your company (in-house roles)
• Regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls or face-to-face (agency roles).

Skills and Qualifications
1-4 Years Experience in Marketing Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills Editing Self-Motivated Strong Leadership Skills Team-Oriented Goal-Oriented Strong Attention to Detail 
SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, Content Management Systems, Photoshop, InDesign, Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft Office management
