Sector Head aligns business objectives with employees and management in
designated organizations and develop and articulate solutions based on
customers’ strategic business and technical requirements ascertained from
working with multiple business units across the customer's organization.
The Sector Head reports directly to the Head of Outsourcing.
• B.Sc./HND in related field.
• Minimum of Six (6) years HR Generalist
• Membership with HR Professional bodies
will be an added advantage.
· A good operational knowledge of
HR practices and experience in linking HR systems, technology and processes
together – ideally business process knowledge · Logical, analytical thinking
with the ability to balance/articulate the bigger picture ·
Experience of dealing with a
diverse range of stakeholders – influencing effectively · Project management and
consulting skills underpinned by strong intellect and analytical capability · A relationship builder, with
the ability to influence different key stakeholders with different
priorities/requirements · Ideally some experience in a
project management or centralized HR services environment·

Experience in managing HR Function across multi sites and

Strong people management and leadership skills
Able to influence and educate Customers to ensure a best practice
approach to their Document Management
