Job Description

Control and monitoring duties of employee/Supervisor Production department by the airline bosses in the production pipeline, as follows.Standard: ISO, HACCP and GMP production processes control efficiency and achieve the target. Both production quantity and quality aspects.4.   Events by location:
  • Coordination with the relevant parties to continue to manufacture products according to the production plan in each Assembly, including the report on the results and problems or obstacles which are in production.
  • Improve quality and 3M (man machine material) with inputs (raw ones. Machine) before production and control to achieve production tasks based on the quantity and quality aspects.
  • Control of raw materials or withdraw the equipment from the warehouse manager to use as needed in the production or repair and maintenance of machinery.
  • Support and Control needed to perform different operations, the officer, employee or Subcontractor.
  • Control and motivate each employee positions under the supervisor in the production department to perform fully functional.
  • Monitoring efficiency and effectiveness for all machinery production efficiency as well as performance of the machine and control at every step.
  • Control and monitoring with work safety supervision for employees under supervisor in accordance with the principle of the safety of non-fossil fuels, including the company's rules and regulations, and conduct quality system according to the principle of HACCP and GMP, ISO, in order to prevent a risk of accidents on the job security of the goods produced, and the continuous improvement of the organization.
    • Monitoring efficiency and effectiveness for all machinery production efficiency as well as performance of the machine and control at every step.
    • Control and monitoring with work safety supervision for employees under supervisor in accordance with the principle of the safety of non-fossil fuels, including the company's rules and regulations, and conduct quality system according to the principle of HACCP and GMP, ISO, in order to prevent a risk of accidents on the job security of the goods produced, and the continuous improvement of the organization.
    • Control and manage and Plan corrective action record with downtime t establish and verify save report to stop the production line. During production, and bring forward the Department Chief, or who have been assigned to finish the shift must record the reason in accordance with reality, which is why they were stopped.  In cases where the cause of the stop line does not correspond to a Code that has to inform those involved to produce Code.
    • Production report with analysis conducted (total amount of daily waste production) that occur from regular routes shift responsibility and bring forward the Department Chief, or who have been assigned.
    • Control for maintenance operations, the control program as planned maintenance and machine cleaner by cooperating with the quality control Department. For disinfecting the machine to quickly and efficiently.
    • Time control and time control for operator staff employee performance by subordinates and employees, Subcontractor by making maps in the rotation are the people in the time of break-circuit breaker.
    • Direct report: bosses to stop production when it found that the quality of products has not passed or there is a problem with the machine, which may bring about consequences and affect subsequent problems. The security aspect of the item.
    • Staff Training and operator with high responsibility and effective coordination on training employees in the production department and employee training according to the duties and responsibilities of each position.
