Job Description

The Quality Management Systems (QMS) Coordinator will develop and sustain the QMS in line with the required industry standards (ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 20000) accreditation requirements & business requirements across the organization through existing & new procedures. Regulate, control and improve the quality of all processes throughout the business and the final product. Manage the audit program to ensure that all nonconformities raised against certification bodies during audits are effectively corrected and independently verified. Embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company. Assist the Quality Manager to achieve Quality management system targets for customer and business goals. 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
·        
Design & Implement a quality management system to meet and improve internal business requirements as well as internal and external customer requirements.
· Ensure that the Customer specific requirements and Regulatory requirements are included in the Quality Management System.
· Monitor the performance of the quality management system through the results of the business for its improvement.
· Ensure that the quality management system is lived in the company and kept up to date on the basis of defined requirements.
· Coordinate internal and external audits of all kinds as well as the follow-up to the action plans resulting from these audits.
· Ensure the alignment of the supplier quality manual with the business quality management system.
· Prepare QMS Audit schedule, plan, conduct actual audit and present Audit report for corrective actions.
· Writing, collating, preparing documentation for Quality management System Implementation.
· Assist with conducting quality audits, identifying, documenting, and providing solutions for Non Conformances (NCR's) Corrective Actions & Preventive  Actions (CAPA's)
· Monitor progress and report on identified NCR's & CAPA's

·          5 years’ experience working in Quality Management System with real experience on implementation and ISO 9000 certification.
·         Experience in ICT/Telecoms
·         A detailed understanding of (ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 20000)
