Job Description

  • Work with cross-functional teams, internal and external to MTNN IS division, to ensure all department PPPs conform to agreed service levels and internationally recognized benchmarks.
  • Assist in carrying out general administrative functions in support of the department including filing, record keeping, data management and surveys.
  • Scheduling and organizing departmental meetings and ensuring agreed actions are circulated and tracked to closure.
  • Assist in tracking and keeping good records and ensure secure access to prevent misuse of information.
  • Process all departmental cash advances and expenses reimbursements.
  • Tracking all departmental tasks, actions and deliverables and consistent follow up to ensure timely closure.
  • Tracking all procurement transactions from requests to delivery and ensuring they are completed within specified timelines.
Assist in preparing required reports in support of operations and management decisions

Requirements

 
  • Maximum 1 - 2 years IT Service Delivery Experience
  • Proficiency in the usage of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Documentation and analytics experience
  • Experience in working on a range of service providers and vendors
Understanding of service delivery and service support environment.

Qualifications

B.Sc in Computer Science or Related field
Relevant experience field
 
  • Maximum 1 - 2 years IT Service Delivery Experience
