Job Description

Our client is a reputable Telecommunication giant in Nigeria

Responsibilities

•              Act as the point of contact to the GM Access Planning & Optimisation, handling and distributing confidential mails, telephone calls, faxes, etc.

•              Develop and maintain efficient documentation and filing (electronic and hard).

•              Facilitate and coordinate all Team building activities for the department and village meetings in conjunction with the Human Resources Department.

•              Manage sensitive matters and information regarding peculiar issues within the department.

•              Prepare meeting/conference logistics and host visitors on behalf of the GM.

•              Coordinate and manage the GM’s calendars, travel arrangements and schedules, negotiating potential conflicts and determining feasible alternatives.

•              Perform a diversity of secretarial and administrative support activities including composing memos and correspondences, compiling reports, creation of spreadsheets and manipulation of spreadsheet data.

•              Collate monthly activity reports from the different units within the assigned department for the GM’s review.

•              Respond to customer queries and requests on non-technical issues and escalate to the assigned unit when necessary.

•              Coordinate travel documents and approvals for the GM & the department.

•              Order, stock and distribute office supplies for the department

•          Process all departmental cash advances and expense reimbursements

•              Raise all requisitions for the department

•              Communicate general information and distribute correspondence and other materials to staff within the department

Qualifications

·         First Degree in any area of specialization

·         Maximum of 1-2 years’ experience
